Dark Lager Brewed using an exclusive blend of three big, dark-roasted barley malts, a heavy-handed hopping of Mt. Hood and Cascade, then slow, slow, cold lagered. The result is Voodoo... dark, mysterious, and richly flavorful, maybe even a bit on the edge for some.

This dark lager pairs beautifully with burgers, steak, and mildly spiced Cajun fare.

Great winter ale flavor, not hoppy at all. Slightly complex flavor.
