Our 60 Minute IPA is continuously hopped - more than 60 hop additions over a 60 minute boil (getting a vibe yet of where the name came from?). 60 Minute is a session India Pale Ale brewed with a slew of great Northwest hops. A powerful, but balanced East Coast I.P.A. with a lot of citrusy hop character. The session beer for hardcore beer enthusiasts!

Best With: 
Spicy foods, pesto, grilled salmon, soy-based dishes, pizza, vintage cheddar.

Pleasantly strong hoppiness
Hit of smooth fruitiness

Appearance: You don't like this beer.

Aroma: Please remember that.

Flavor: Its just not good.

Mouthfeel: Remember? You had to cook with it to avoid drinking it?

Overall Impression: Don't buy it.

Comments: Never again.

Appearance:Golden Amber, Finger Width Head

Aroma:Citrus

Flavor:Citrus, Piney, Orange

Mouthfeel:Packs a punch with its complexity of flavors, but still goes down smooth and quick.

Overall Impression:Maybe one of my favorite IPA's so far, but I'm still young.

Comments:
