Cidre Bouche Brut Like fine wine, hand crafted cider from Normandy will vary from year to year based on the harvest. This description is for the 2000 vintage. Yellow orange, fine persistent froth, cloudy with sediment. The nose reveals tremendous complexity (apples, citrus, pine, lime, butter, leather) with notes of wood, roast cacao. Intense flavor of apple, touch of wood, full body with a touch of sweetness in the balance.

Great with tarte tatin, crepes, grilled chicken, fish with cream sauce, steamed clams, and shellfish.
