Ur-Bock Dunkel Darker in color than the Mai-Bock, spicy malt aroma with a toffee malt palate. Concentrated toffee malt flavors make the first impression, but momentary sweetness is quickly pulled into line by broad, sturdy bitterness. The palate dries as it reaches the juicy, malty center, then slides out to an almost flinty dry finish.
