Appearance: Pours a clear rose color but looks a slightly red tinted hazy amber with a thin white head.
Aroma: Lots of Belgian yeast here, ripe banana and cloves with a hint of tarty raspberries.
Flavor: Mostly a tarty raspberry throughout with minor pepper spices hinted at throughout. This reminds me a bit of a rose champagne.
Mouthfeel: Crisp light bodied beer, has the body of a champagne.
Overall Impression: I like this beer more than the ratings indicate, it’s a nice fruity, slightly tarty beer with a nice texture to it.
