Best With:The Hefeweizen is perfect paired with salads on a late spring evening including green, seafood and fruit salads. This brew would also marry well with dinners on the lighter side such as crab cakes, meat and cheese plates and picnic style dinners. The Hefeweizen also fairs well on its own, or possibly with a wedge of orange or lemon.
