Self-Defined Style:
Specialty Brew Bottle conditioned, brewed with Pale Ale Maris Otter & Lager malts, Goldings, Fuggles & Challenger hops. The fermentation, induced by top-fermenting Saccharomyces Cerevistae yeast lasts for ten days. Conquest Ale Masterbrew matures for six months prior to hand bottling. It is light in color yet full in rich flavors, reminiscent of grapefruit and pineapple. It is a deceptive beer that drinks easily for it's strength.
Best With:
Old ales such as this work great with steak, game birds, venison and sausages. Big cheeses like the Roquefort or Stilton would pair nicely.
