secondary fermentation with hibiscus flowers and wild yeasts.

Named for the cross streets (Fulton & Wood) where our brewery resides, the FultonWood draft series is the intersection of brewing and imagination for Goose Island. This series of extremely limited release draft offerings push the boudaries of the everyday and provide new and ever changing beers for our brewers and beer drinkers to explore.

Generally speaking, Belgian ale is a gastronomic miracle. The delicate spicy and fruity nature of these ales, accentuated by the distinctive Belgian yeast strains, pairs beautifully with lamb, mussels, and semi-soft cheeses such as gouda, havarti, and tilsit. User login
