Irish Red Ale This ale pays homage to the Irish who settled on Kilgubbin Island, in Chicago over one-hundred years ago. Made in the Irish tradition, Kilgubbin is brewed with roast barley and chocolate malts giving it a rich ruby color. A touch of malted rye gives it a spicy finish.
Best With:
Kilgubbin Red Ale is a nice compliment to milder pub fare such as cheeseburgers, and works well with dark broth based soups including French Onion.
