Imperial Stout A strong imperial stout, extremely rich and massively dry hopped for balance.
Part of the FultonWood draft series. Named for the cross streets (Fulton & Wood) where our brewery resides, the FultonWood draft series is the intersection of brewing and imagination for Goose Island. This series of extremely limited release draft offerings push the boudaries of the everyday and provide new and ever changing beers for our brewers and beer drinkers to explore.
Best With:
The roasted and burnt malt notes of stout and its typical hearty nature make it an exceptional compliment to raw or steamed oysters, however stout is also at home with most chocolate or cream based desserts.
