Self-Defined Style:
Saison Colette is our homage to the beers that Belgian farm workers have enjoyed for centuries. Brewed with barley, wheat and rice and fermented at high temperatures with a special blend of four different yeast strains, Colette is fruity and slightly tart, with a dry finish that makes it that rarest of treats - a beer as refreshing as it is complex. 7.3% ABV
Best With:
Generally speaking, Belgian ale is a gastronomic miracle. The delicate spicy and fruity nature of these ales, accentuated by the distinctive Belgian yeast strains, pairs beautifully with lamb, mussels, and semi-soft cheeses such as gouda, havarti, and tilsit. User login

Surprisingly good.
Quite good. My thoughts, in order, on first tasting this beer: a nice hops start, then holy crap it's sweet, holy crap it's fruity, holy crap it's tart, holy crap it's good!
Stop thinking about it and buy it.
