Self-Defined Style:
Belgian Style Dark Ale Our Belgian Style Dark Ale is inspired by traditional Abbey Ales to deliver the richest of malt flavors but with a slightly elevated hopping and increased complexity given from two different yeast strains. This malt laden ale is designed to satiate and keep your taste buds dancing.
Best With:
Generally speaking, Belgian ale is a gastronomic miracle. The delicate spicy and fruity nature of these ales, accentuated by the distinctive Belgian yeast strains, pairs beautifully with lamb, mussels, and semi-soft cheeses such as gouda, havarti, and tilsit.

Green Flash Grand Cru Tasting Notes
Tap at Rattle n Hum. Awesome, awesome beer. Pours a dark brown with almost purple highlights. A dense, beige head. Nose heavy on raisins and toffee, along with malty undertones. Flavor is super rich and sweet. More dark fruits. Some smoke and coffee in the latter stages of the flavor. Nice funky yeast hints as well, especially in the tail. Sweet and syrupy finish. Delicious.
