San Diego-style IPA San Diego-style IPA, as it has come to be known by many, is super-hoppy, high gravity, yet highly quaffable ale. Our Imperial IPA is created in this new tradition with intense hop flavors and aromas from a unique blend of Summit and Nugget hops. It's all about the hops!
Best With:
This Imperial IPA will hold up to some of the spiciest food available. Great with jerk chicken, dry rubbed ribs, and curry spiced Indian cuisine.

Disappointed
Appearance: I tried this cause my buddy Johnpz168 raves about it.
Aroma: And I love the west coast style ipas.
Flavor: I fully expected to like this brew so much I was going to take it behind the middle school and get it pregnant.
Mouthfeel: And then I tried it. I actually found it kinda malty.
Overall Impression: Disappointing. I had such fucking hopes for us.
Comments: Hiyoooooooooo!
Incredible
Appearance: golden with a frothy head that lingers
Aroma: full of hops with a punch of weed; incredible
Flavor: words can't describe this beer, however, it tastes just like it smells...
Mouthfeel: see above
Overall Impression: top 5 ipa in my opinion
Comments: 5/5
ffffff
firsties!
Just when you think you don't like it...
Golden Honey colored, a nice light head.
Extremely bitter at first, big alcohol taste up front with with very bitter finish.
I let it sit for about 20 mins at room temp. The flavors actually balanced out.
Overall a great drinkable beer, the only downfall is it only comes in 22oz Bombers.
