India Pale Ale Our second Project Hoppiness selection adds a Belgian twist to an American favorite. It will be brewed with a blend of North American pilsner, wheat, and Caramel Vienna malts. The hop mix is from both sides of the Atlantic – Magnum, Golding, and Glacier. The floral qualities of these varieties meld with the distinctive spicy notes of a classic Belgian Abbey yeast strain, adding a complexity not often seen in your standard IPA.
