India Pale Ale Project Hoppiness 6: Other Side IPA is certainly hop-forward – as it should be, with nearly 3 lbs of hops per bbl – it’s also well balanced. A blend of North American pale, light Munich, light crystal, and carapils malts provide a light malty backbone to balance additions of Warrior, Centennial, and Cascade hops in the kettle and of Centennial, Cascade and Chinook hops in the fermenter. Hoppy yet balanced, our 6th Project Hoppiness offering is our nod to the beers we love from the other coast.
