Abbey Tripel Grimbergen Triple is an amber colored Abbey Beer with a crisp bitter-sweet flavor and abv of 9%. The characteristically crisp flavor is created by a subtle mix of sweet and bitter hop varieties, together with blond candy sugar. Refermentation in the bottle provides a perfectly rounded taste.
Best With:
A fine companion for this brew would be wild game birds. This is especially true when made with a stuffing containing some orange of lemon zest. The bitter sweetness of the ale brings out the light flavor of the stuffed bird.
