West Coast Barley Wine Doggie Claws Doggie Claws is a Barley Wine made in the West Coast style. Big malt and hops make this copper colored ale one of our most popular products. Produced in September and October and released in November, this Beer will improve for years to come.

Primarily thought of as a digestif, it turns out that barley wines have an affinity to lamb, venison and wild boar. Classic cheeses such as English and Vermont cheddars as well as aged Gruyeres from Switzerland. Caramelized desserts as crème brûlée and crepes as well as a good vanilla ice cream can finish a wonderful evening of food and beer.
