Brewed By:
Heavy Seas Beer
Self-Defined Style:
Old Baltimore Style Beer Prior to prohibition virtually all American beers were made from 100% malted barley. This gave the beers a richer, fuller taste than you see today when most beers are made using a high percentage of corn or rice. We researched old brewing archives, and patterned this beer after one that was produced in Baltimore in the early 1940's.
Best With:
This ruby hued amber ale would be fantastic with medium weight meals such as glazed hams, cured meats, smoked fish, chicken, turkey and Cornish hen dishes. User login
