Self-Defined Style:
Dry-hopped Session Ale Our first creation. Crisp, smooth and perfectly balanced between a west coast style pale ale and amber ale, with a supple malt sweetness and a pronounced hop flourish.
Best With:
This American pale ale's fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor lend to this beer's ideal match with generously spiced foods such as Southern barbeque, wasabi crusted Japanese dishes, and curry based Indian dishes. This beer is also the perfect complement to grilled meats, particularly burgers, and pizza. User login

Not too shabby
Solid B from beer adv
Pours med amber with frothy lingering head.
Nice malty aroma
sweet front, but a bit too bitter / spiced on the finish for my palate.
ok feel but on the dry side
overall, i like but don't love
