Self-Defined Style:
Extreme Chanukah/Anniversary Strong Ale In commemoration of every miraculous year of Shmaltz Brewing, Jewbelation is brewed with the number of malts, hops, and ABV percentage as our anniversary. Our most recent edition of Jewbelation, Jewbelation 14, was brewed with 14 malts, 14 hops, and is 14% ABV, for example. The result is an uber-complex strong ale, bursting with flavors of chocolate, espresso, raisins, and molasses. Look for Jewbelation 15 in mid-October 2011!
