Be careful . . . this Beast is fierce. Its bite comes initially from raw cacao – the intensely-flavored little bean that gives chocolate its toothsome character (pun intended), but is followed quickly by the glorious bitterness and floral aroma of heaps of Noble hops. Just the right amount of chewy, roasted malts round out those edgy flavors to create the perfectly-balanced, creamy stout.
Leave the syrupy-sweet drinks for others. Velvety smooth, like luscious dark chocolate in your glass, Two-Headed Beast is for aesthetes and sophisticates only. Wait a second . . . that’s you, isn’t it?
Like everything we brew at High & Mighty, this chocolate stout is unfiltered and unpasteurized for maximum flavor, and is brewed in small batches, so it’s always fresh.

Malts: American Pale malt, English Chocolate and Brown malts, and Roasted Barley
Hops: German Perle, Czech Saaz
Available in 22 ounce bottles and in kegs.

Best With: 
The roasted and burnt malt notes of stout and its typical hearty nature make it an exceptional compliment to raw or steamed oysters, however stout is also at home with most chocolate or cream based desserts.
