Brewed By:
Hoevebrouwers
Self-Defined Style:
Belgian Style Triple A Belgian Abbey-style tripel, unpasteurized, unfiltered, and re-fermented in the bottle. Golden-blond with a full-malt palate, notes of light caramel, and a refreshing dry-bitter finish. This beer will continue to mature nicely in the bottle.
Best With:
Generally speaking, Belgian ale is a gastronomic miracle. The delicate spicy and fruity nature of these ales, accentuated by the distinctive Belgian yeast strains, pairs beautifully with lamb, mussels, and semi-soft cheeses such as gouda, havarti, and tilsit. User login
