Brewed By:
Paper City Brewery
Self-Defined Style:
Traditional British IPA A classic rendition of the Style named after another one of the owners passions, the Indian Motorcycle. The bikes were fabricated in nearby Springfield Ma and at one time rivaled Harley Davidson. Jay's collection of antique bikes can be seen in Paper City's tasting room. For our IPA we use nearly two pounds of hops per barrel of British East Kent Goldings and American Yakima Goldings hops. We also use British light crystal, body building Munich malt, and North American pale malt. India'n Pale ale pulls from both the British and American traditions.
