English Style IPA A favorite of the British troops stationed in colonial India. An extra dose of hops was required to help preserve it on the long journey from London. Today we love it for its crisp dry finish.
Best With:
This English IPA works great with pork with vinegar and garlic, chicken with roasted coconut sauce, onions and tomato masala, Cajun prawns and duck risotto.
