Awesome Sour / Tartness
Dark brown color with ruby highlights
Aroma had oak and malty notes with hints of raisins.
It definately has a dark belgium beer like taste profile with its complexity. Nice amount of sweetness with just enough bitterness to balance it out. I love the unique sour taste. It has an almost acai like tartness. Grape notes come out in the finish.
Medium to full bodied. Lots of carbonation gives bitterness at first and a smooth refreshing finish.
Great beer! I love the sour / tartness to the taste!
