Kolsch Style Ale Kentucky Light is a classic Kolsch style top fermented ale, a style of beer emanating from Cologne, Germany. For years Alltech Master Brewers have used their very own specialized yeast which in turn is the single greatest flavor contributor to this remarkably flavorful and award winning microbrew. Veteran Master Brewer Dr. Joe Power’s recipe calls for imported pale malts and malted white wheat to create an exceptionally smooth finish.
