Tripel The color is a cloudy beige orange and a medium body that is surprisingly creamy. The nose and taste both show a spicy fruitiness with hints of citrus and honey.
Best With:
This brew can be easily enjoyed with many different foods. Any fine meat with thyme and garlic would mesh well with the sharp hop flavor and smooth malty finish. Any fish cooked with basil would be a natural choice.
