Lagunitas
Self-Defined Style:
Wild Ale Another Big Sister of the Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ Ale…. Loads of Malted Wheat for a Curious Malt Foundation and a Light Color, But Our Belgian Yeast Leaves a Huge Flavor and Complexishness.
Best With:
Generally speaking, Belgian ale is a gastronomic miracle. The delicate spicy and fruity nature of these ales, accentuated by the distinctive Belgian yeast strains, pairs beautifully with lamb, mussels, and semi-soft cheeses such as gouda, havarti, and tilsit. User login

This brew is sticky!
Bright copper hue with nice lacing.Pine and a touch of juniper on the nose, a faint grapefruit aroma as the beer warms. As I said earlier, this beer is sticky, wild yeasts add a TON of dynamic faint hints of fig plum with a long silky finish..... Yum
