American Strong Ale Lucky 13 pours red with an orange tint and foamy, off-white head that diminishes slowly. The initial flavor includes combinations of caramel, citrus, and plenty of sweet malt. Flavor shifts to be dominated by the hops with its medium body, light carbonation, and lots of warming from the alcohol.

pours an amber-red with a soft white head. nose of lightly roasted malts and caramel sugar with some earthy hops. some sweetness up front in the flavor followed by strong bready notes and mpre earthy, piney and dirty hops. medium bodied with average carbonation. quite good.
