Lagunitas
Self-Defined Style:
Imperial IPA Full bodied, hints of citrus and tangy tangerine are evident in a massive complex hoppy flavor and aroma, but balanced by an assertive maltiness. "At the height of the heat in the heart of the summer, we felt the only cure was a raging mouthful of fresh Hops and Malt. Caution: May remove enamel from teeth."
Best With:
Double IPA's carry with them the same basic characteristics as their single IPA cousins so most food pairings will remain consistent.

Comments
Great deep golden color. Heavy fresh hop scent, bitter citrus if you're not familiar with the scent. Very bitter on the front but finishes with the smoothness of a good porter. Great beer for a damp, cold morning.
Double IPA
deep orange amber body; heavy, sticky citrus aroma; strong ipa flavor with orange spice and thick feel.
