Brewed By:
Lagunitas
Self-Defined Style:
Czech Style Pilsner Crisp, full and firm bodied, with the classic golden color of a true Czech Pils. "Like Adam and Eve, Isaac and Ishmael, Mao and Confucius, Good and Evil, Day and Night, Hittites and Visigoths, John and Lorena, or Groucho and Moe, Ales and Lagers are as different as can be. Still, we must love each other for who they are, separately but equally, with liberty, and justice, for all. Cheers!"
Best With:
A great Bohemian-style pilsener will always work with all seafood dishes, broth based soups and tapas. This brew also lends itself nicely jambalaya, falafels, and certain Caribbean dishes. Don't forget a good pilsner is also excellent with bar foods. User login
