Self-Defined Style:
Belgian Tripel Opens with a spicy aroma with hints of wild flower honey and orange blossom. Sweetness from the malt makes itself known immediately, progressing to bittersweet honey and dried fruit flavors, and finishing out with lingering earthiness from the hops.
Best With:
A fine companion for this brew would be wild game birds. This is especially true when made with a stuffing containing some orange of lemon zest. The bitter sweetness of the ale brings out the light flavor of the stuffed bird.
