Belgian Lambic Liefmans Fruitesse is a unique, fresh beer blend - maturing for 18 months on cherries in the Liefmans cellars - which is artfully blended with natural juices of cherry, bilberry, elderberry strawberry, and raspberry. The result is a fruit pleasantly sweet, sparking and refreshing beer with a soft foam head.

The delightful tart quality of these beers enables them to work well as an aperitif, however they pair beautifully with tart desserts such as sour cherry pie, or strawberry rhubarb crisp.
