Not Quite Pale Ale A beer cloaked in secrecy. An ale whose mysterious and unusual palate will swirl across your tongue and ask more questions than it answers. A sort of dry, crisp, refreshing, not-quite pale ale. #9 is really impossible to describe because there's never been anything else quite like it.

Serve cold. Goes well with spicy food. The taste is hard to describe- a hint of orange but not at all like a hefeweizen. Overall, a very good beer with a unique taste.
Good,but yes hard to describe

Comments: Don't ask me why, but I don't like this ale. never have, from day one. It's my best friend's favorite and I always get it for him on a poker night - but I won't touch the stuff.
