Appearance: amber to copper with a thick white lingering head.
Aroma: malty and sweet with a hint of hops.
Flavor: caramel with a slight hint of vanilla and a nice balance of hops strengthening with the finish.
Mouthfeel: soft upon entry with a pronounced bitterness in the finish.
Overall Impression: although very drinkable, as an Oktoberfest should be, this one will be impressive to even the biggest of hops fanatics.
