Rauchbier This wonderful smoked amber ale has a rich malty profile and a nutty, herbal flavor from the toasted organic hemp seeds. Weyermann’s Smoked Malt, which is a specialty malt smoked over beechwood, is added to give the beer a distinct character. Northern Brewer and Mt. Hood Hops provide a clean bitterness and spicy, earthy hop flavor and aroma.
