Belgian Wild Ale Brewed at De Proef Brouwerij, Lochristi-Hijfte, Belgium.
It's Alive's! Little brother. A Mikkeller session beer. Low in alcohol, dry, light, sour and refreshing.
Ingredients :
Water, malt (pale and caramunich), light rock sugar, hops (hallertauer og styrian goldings), ale yeast and brettanomyces.

Generally speaking, Belgian ale is a gastronomic miracle. The delicate spicy and fruity nature of these ales, accentuated by the distinctive Belgian yeast strains, pairs beautifully with lamb, mussels, and semi-soft cheeses such as gouda, havarti, and tilsit.
