Appearance: murky reddish
Appearance: murky reddish copper color
Aroma: malt and caramel with hint citrus
Flavor: Caramel and toffee with a good support of citrus from the hops. Finishes slightly sweet to dry with definite malt favor
Mouthfeel: Smooth not to creamy. Finishes quickly with no after feel
Overall Impression: Rate this Pale Ale an A. Far more favor than most pale ales. Great from start to finish. Could have used a wee more hops to support the citrus but not much more. I have not tried any other brews from Moylan but I will. They got this one right.
