Apricot Saison This description is for our seasonal DRAFT version of Apricot au Poivre Saison. This seasonal is NOT barrel aged.
Lighter in alcohol, ours is 6.5% (not exactly light but that’s just us!) and golden to orange in color. Unfiltered. Ours is spiced with both Apricot puree and Black Pepper.
The taste is light, refreshing and nicely fruited to start. Medium mouthfeel. After taking a drink, the black pepper dries the palate and creates a nice tingling sensation on the tongue.
Our beer was created within the Ale Nation and was a Tap 8 beer nearly 3 years ago. So here you go - what the Ale Nation can do and what you can enjoy!

Generally speaking, Belgian ale is a gastronomic miracle. The delicate spicy and fruity nature of these ales, accentuated by the distinctive Belgian yeast strains, pairs beautifully with lamb, mussels, and semi-soft cheeses such as gouda, havarti, and tilsit.
