Bavarian Hefeweizen This medium to full-bodied beer, unfiltered and pale in color, is most accurately described as a Bavarian Hefeweizen.
The aroma and flavor of this unfiltered beer is classic and decidedly fruity and phenolic. The nose is filled with banana, clove, vanilla, and possibly bubblegum.
Somewhat sweeter in style with a barely noticeable tartness.
Best With:
Salads, Salmon, Seafood Appetizers, Cheeses such as Goat.
