Apple Ale Rich imported malts are dominated by our Bamberg smoked malted barley as well as Wisconsin rye. Special Bavarian Weiss beer yeast was imported to ferment this beer in the bottle. This is a big, dark beer appropriate for lying down or drinking immediately.

The assertive rye character in this beer enables it to pair quite well with rye-friendly foods such as pastrami (particularly on rye bread). User login
