One Great Ale!
Appearance:Darker copper/brown
Aroma:Quality mix of malt and hops
Flavor:Smooth, well balance of malt and slight hop and spice flavors
Mouthfeel:Perfect mixture, easy on the palate
Overall Impression:A true pleasure. Not too heavy, not too light. Just a fantastic ale that can be enjoyed anytime with most any food.
Comments:
Otter Creek is fantastic!
crisp and tasty
Beautiful amber color with a crisp start and finish. good session beer and will be tasty all year round. Might be especislly good during the autumn when the slight spiciness and hops balance as the air cools.
