Rasberry Brown Ale Otter Creek Winter Ale will be available this winter from November through January. The new special release is a smooth brown ale, with a touch of raspberry. Rich and toasty with a warming body and light hops, this will be a malty and perfectly fruited beer- very appealing and comforting. Just right for wintertime.
Best With:
Brown ales typically have a mild hop presence and a subtly sweet, complex malt character that meshes beautifully with honey and tomato based barbecue sauce on all manner of grilled meats. Brown ale also shines with French onion soup, and could even work with a mild cigar.

Otter creek winter red
True red color. SUPER hoppy. Nice mild aroma then bursts in your mouth like a bitter hopped up redheaded stepchild. A tasting is all I can do...couldn't handle a full beer. Just a little too bitter for my taste
