Black Malt, Crystal Malt.
Hops: Galena, Nugget, East Kent Goldings.
Best With:
The roasted and burnt malt notes of stout and its typical hearty nature make it an exceptional compliment to raw or steamed oysters, however stout is also at home with most chocolate or cream based desserts. Awards:

Good Stout
Slightly salty but otherwise I couldn't detect the presence of oysters. The bottlecap is a bit different. I would drink again, but I do wish it had a higher alcohol content.
Porterhouse Oyster Stout Tasting Notes
Tap. An interesting stout. Pours dark black with a strong, tan head. Good nose of roasted malts, light chocolate. Flavor is standard stout up until the finish, at which point there is a detectable uniqueness - the oyster, presumably. A slightly salty, briney quality. It doesn’t necessarily make the beer any better, but it does set it apart from the pack. Medium bodied and pretty smooth.
