London Porter Smooth, roasty, and inviting, our traditional London-style porter is a favorite among dark beer fans. Blackhook is characterized by its pronounced coffee and chocolate notes, and by its uncommonly smooth finish. Blackhook uses traditional ale ingredients (barley malt, hops, yeast, and water) plus an unmalted, roasted black barley that lends distinctive qualities of color and flavor. Top-fermenting ale yeast is used, and Blackhook is unpasteurized and naturally carbonated.

Blackhook porter works well with charred and grilled meats, smoked salmon, and oysters.
