IPA Also known as Long Hammer, this brew embraces the IPA tradition of a strong hop profile while remaining approachable and easy to drink with its smooth flavor and clean finish. Redhook takes the traditional IPA brewing process one step further by dry-hopping, or adding hops at the very end of the brewing process. Redhook uses Cascade hops because they impart a wonderful hop aroma without an overpowering hop taste.
