Self-Defined Style:
Belgian Style Ale Wit. “Made with ginger, but still digs Mary Ann.”
Redhook’s twist on the Belgian style ale is the addition of fresh ginger, which adds a refreshing snappiness to this lighter-bodied wheat beer. Redhook Wit is perfect for the warm summer months of outdoor BBQ-ing, sitting by the pool, or just taking a break by hanging inside enjoying the AC and watching old re-runs of Gilligan’s Island.

Red Hook Wit
Wit. This is a beer that I learned to appreciate the bitter beer bite. We purchased a six pack while in quest of an amber ale~ an id motive~ and found Wit to be too creamy, smooth, and sweat. Something of the likes of an over ripe pineapple. A better contrast would be Mendocino Blonde Ale or Blue Heron.
