Original Recipe Creamy white big head. Intense aromas of caramel, honey, and raisins. Fruity/estery notes are very well balanced against its hoppy bitterness and sour-yeast character. Complex notes of caramel, toffee, and chocolate on the palate combine with a pleasant tartness/sourness in the finish.

The bold, malty complexity of this Belgian ale shines with rich desserts such as tart cherry pie with vanilla ice cream.
