Belgian Barley Wine Although this is brewed at a tiny Belgian brewery, the BBBorgundier is recognized worldwide for its surprising drinkability given its intense alcohol content. Quite effervescent with a focus on the malty side, this beer has a subtle but pleasant alcohol finish that lingers.
Best With:
Perfect with mussels and frites, but goes great with oysters, scallops, duck, caramelized onions, mixed grills, conch fritters, crab and crayfish, Jamaican jerk chicken, paellas, chorizos and merguez, tapas, and Cuban pork.
