India Pale Ale "Ah taste and smell the hops!" A hoppy ale that is mildly bitter. Brewed with the finest pale malt available and a touch of flaked barley. Cascade hops are used to make a hop tea that is added directly to the brite tank for a Rock Art twist on an age old favorite.
Best With:
This IPA would have a wonderful relationship with a hearty meal of steak, stew or chili. Strong and sharp cheeses would pair nicely.
